Chandra Anderson - Administrative Assistant
Chandra originally joined Eastminster in 1991. Starting in 2002, she attended 2 other Presbyterian Churches closer to her home, but they just didn’t feel right. So, in 2010 when the position of Administrative Assistant came open, she applied at the last minute and got the job. Joyfully, Chandra came home to Eastminster.
Chandra worked for 24 years at a law firm as an administrative assistant where she honed her skills in preparation for doing work for the Lord. She also worked for 3 years as an insurance claims secretary. Proudly, Chandra says: "I’m a Texas Tech Red Raider. I grew up in the Buckner Terrace Area and attended Urban Park Elementary, John B. Hood Jr. High (now known as Piedmont G.L.O.B.A.L. Academy), and W.W. Samuell High School. I also attended Eastfield Jr. College."
Hobbies are photography, quilting, crafting, reading and serving God. As an Elder in the Presbyterian Church, she is currently a ruling elder sitting on the Outreach Committee where she puts to work her skills, imagination and heart in reaching out to not only the members of our church but to the greater community. Her passion for spreading the Good News of the Gospel of the Lord is evident in all that she does.
